Known for creating big ideas in small areas, Vern Yip has risen to worldwide fame thanks to his ability to transform any home into a work of art. Yip currently appears on several national television shows such as Trading Spaces, and hosts an exciting new prime-time series for NBC called Home Intervention.

"One of my goals was to show that you can decorate your home within a reasonable budget and still have it be luxurious," said Vern Yip. "In the case of Savannah Preserve Carriage Homes, it was easy to accomplish my goal since all these homes already feature high quality custom interiors. We purchased most of the furniture, linens, window treatments, area carpets, and accessories from local resources such as Stein Mart, The Ringling Museum, and other larger named stores like Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, and Pier One. The two decorated models cost only $15,000 each to complete.
